您可选择透过商务「网上理财」服务，填写并提交商业数据证明书表格：

步骤1）    以主要使用者身份登入您的商务「网上理财」户口

步骤2）     前往「我的HSBC」主页或「户口总览」页面，点击网页顶部之「确认及更新商业户口数据」超级链接登入网上表格

请在******完成（有中文版面，但请用英文回答）。在您提交后， 汇丰银行会复查一下您所完成的问卷， 如果有任何问题， 汇丰银行会再以电话或电邮形式联络您。

1.    Certificate of Incorporation / Certificate of Change of Name

2.   Business Registration Certificate (if the company is registered in Hong Kong)

3.  Annual Return (NAR1) issued within the last twelve months (if the company is registered in Hong Kong)   

4.    Ownership structure chart certified by Director with date and printing a full name of Director, showing the company name, % shareholding, the country of incorporation, the country of business address of each Intermediate Owner up to the Beneficial Owners of the company and specifying the issuance of bearer shares in the chain of ownership (including the company, all Intermediate Owners and Beneficial Owners) if applicable. Indicate if there are family members among the Beneficial Owners and the family’s total collective % shareholding, if applicable

5.    Identification document from Directors / Beneficial Owners / Authorised Signatories / Key Controllers

6.   Residential address proof issued within last three months from Directors / Beneficial Owners / Authorised Signatories / Key Controllers

7.    Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&A) / Articles of Association 

8.    Certificate of Incumbency (COI) issued within last six months OR Director / Shareholder / Beneficial Owner Declaration (DD) issued within last six months

9.    Business address proof issued within last three months

 *True copy certification:

•           A certified public accountant / lawyer / banker / notary public in a Financial Action Task Force (FATF) member / comparable jurisdiction acceptable to HSBC; or

•           Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS) member; or

•           HSBC branch officer.
